Led planning and execution of the Global Running Day celebration at Angel City Brewery, bringing together Angel City Brewery, Skechers Performance, and Clif Bar for a single grassroots community moment. About 500 people showed up, and the event drove significant traffic both on-site and to partner websites, proof that a well-built community activation can move the needle without a marathon-sized budget behind it.

Owned The Feed's on-site activation and data capture at HYROX New York, adapting week to week as conditions shifted: ordering ratchet straps on Instacart when wind threatened the booth one weekend, then swapping to fans the next when temperatures flipped 50 degrees. Rebuilt signage workflows mid-event, standardized staff gear, and onboarded a new temp agency mid-season, all while staging, tracking, and distributing 40,000 musettes, 17,000+ Dream Shots, and 20,000+ stickers. Captured the most on-site data of any single event to date, over 2,000 contacts.

Ready-to-go creative concepts

Small team, no extra budget, CSMs already at capacity, and customers weren't getting enough support to renew. Designed a self-service workflow for accounts like General Mills, letting customers request campaign setup or influencer sourcing through an embedded request button, routed automatically into a structured intake form and task system, completed by a global support team, and QA'd before delivery. Built the tactical layer first, then began designing the strategic layer on top: competitive research, an annual influencer marketing handbook per brand, five campaign windows, and twenty ready-to-go creative concepts.

Brief in, full run of show out

Walked into an event marketing function with no reporting structure, no task system, and no forecasting model, so built one from zero, centered on an AI-powered timeline generator that turns a single event brief into a full run of show. What used to take hours of manual build time per event now happens in one pass, freeing up the season for execution instead of rebuilding the same spreadsheet every time.

Grew the sales pipeline and goals to over $650K a year, expanding the model from the LA Marathon alone to Pasadena Half once that race launched.

Race distances documented: 5K, half, full

Led the first-of-its-kind Muscle Milk activation at the LA Marathon, rebuilding their digital presence around one real story instead of a generic sponsor push. Recruited a non-runner, Tedi Serge, to train for her first 5K, half marathon, and full marathon with Muscle Milk and the LA Road Runners behind her, sharing her progress through monthly video updates. The campaign drove a 900% year-over-year engagement increase and set a new bar for sponsor activation.
